Shipping and Delivery

All orders from the United Kingdom and New Zealand will not attract import or customs duties. For orders sent to all other countries, import or customs duties (including GST and VAT) may be charged once the order reaches the destination country and must be paid by the person placing the order. We will not offer a refund on your order if you decide you do not want to pay the import or customs duty. 

If your product is missing, please contact us at contact@kaeaskincare.com and we will try to locate the item through our shipping provider. 

 

Returns and Refunds 

If you are not happy with your purchase you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure the product is unused and unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. 

To return a product, please send an email to contact@kaeaskincare.com  and we will provide you with instructions on how to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning the product. We recommend using a tracked method of return delivery as we are unable to accept responsibility for lost return packages. 

Once we receive your product back we will then process your refund to the original credit card used for payment and send you a confirmation email. 

We are unable to accept returns and refund products which were not originally transacted through us. If you have purchased from our stockists please reach out to them directly and they will assist you.
